Cover Page: Lady Bird Boardwalk
Design of the LED hidden walkway lighting in the handrails plus the navigation lighting and similar LED lighting in the structure of the shade areas. Also designed lighting for the Pfluger Bridge Extension and the bicycle bridges over Loop 360 and Barton Creek.
Zach Topfer Theater
Gold award winning MEP design with under-seat displacement ventilation for the main theater, nearly silent HVAC delivery, Energy Recovery Ventilation for theater and lobby areas.
Austin Central Library
Design of the plumbing systems, high rise plumbing in 6 story building without a booster pump; design of system for collecting rainwater and HVAC condensate - to serve all water closets and urinals, and irrigation on east plaza, along 2nd street and roof garden. Also design of Old Quarry Library, Twin Oaks Library and others.
Rudy's BBQ - across from Central Market
Design combining 3 existing lots and two buildings into one restaurant in an abbreviated design timeline. Design to Certificate of Occupancy in less than 6 months. Design of hood system HVAC uniquely maintains building pressurization and comfort at purchase line - check it out!
4300 Speedway
Design of the conversion of this historic post office building in Hyde Park into a retail shell building. Then designed the bookstore/cafe, grocery/restaurant, pizza delivery store and pilates studio.
Fitness Facilities
Design of Fitness Connection gyms in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Reno Nevada and two in the Atlanta Georgia area.
Shell Building Design
Design of retail strip centers all over, including 1890 Ranch, projects in Leander, Austin, Fredericksburg and the Sandestin village project in Sandestin, Florida.
